Shopping Basics

At Sagai Selection, we offer standard shipping for all our products. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. All sales on the website are final and returns/exchanges are not permitted unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. For more details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Yes, we do ship internationally. However, please note that international shipping may be subject to additional taxes and high delivery charges.

We also accept payments through Netbanking.

No, currently we do not offer the EMI payment option.

Shipping & Returns

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Once you’ve entered the code, click ‘Apply’ and the discount will be applied to your order.

Only one promo code can be used per order.

If your promo code isn’t working, check to make sure it hasn’t expired, that you’ve entered it correctly, and that it’s applicable to the items in your cart. If you’re still having trouble, contact us for assistance.
